Sub-Section Manager – Systems Performance, Operability & Controls
GE Aerospace
• Lead a high-performance team of System Performance analysts and dynamic controls engineers • Drive execution of NPI commitments and projects to be met on time and budget • Resource plan to meet customer and internal deliverables • Collaborate with program management teams in development of project expectations and execution • Provide technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned projects • Mentor and give guidance to less experienced engineers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field from an accredited College or University
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant systems engineering experience in aerospace or industrial products
- Minimum of 5 years of people leadership / team leadership experience
