Resource Management and Time Keeping Analyst
General Dynamics
• Perform administrative and analytical tasks to streamline contract execution • Compile and contribute to Weekly Status Meeting Minutes, Monthly Progress Reports, and Monthly Training Metrics Reports • Provide proactive project coordination to federal leadership and the GDIT team • Provide swift program set-up support within multiple Information Technology systems • Interact regularly with customers to ensure deliverables conform to requirements • Monitor and ensure accuracy of current progression status • Extract and analyze data from management systems to provide leadership with actionable summaries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Extensive understanding of resource management, expense and timekeeping management, processes, and policies
- Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed
