• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s global job framework and mobility programs • Conduct job evaluations using established methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, or internal frameworks) • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate job levelling and alignment with compensation structures • Design and administer international assignment policies (short/long-term, permanent transfers) • Manage relocation assignee compensation packages • Provide data analysis and reporting on job architecture and mobility metrics • Assist in developing and updating policies related to job architecture and global mobility

• Research and development of compilation techniques for quantum algorithms tailored for fault-tolerant quantum computers. • Contribute to the design and development of quantum compilation and simulation tools and/or software. • Work closely with external partners to instantiate, validate and optimize quantum algorithms for use cases across a variety of domains, such as life sciences or sustainability. • Simulation and analysis of resource requirements for fault tolerant implementation of quantum algorithms in photonic quantum computing. • Collaborate with quantum architecture group to co-optimize algorithm methods with architectural design.

• Architect, design and implement Okta Workforce Identity Cloud and Customer Identity solutions • Develop scalable identity workflows, lifecycle management, and governance processes • Create authentication and authorization strategies aligned with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles • Map Okta authentication policies to NIST SP 800-63 assurance levels and federal compliance requirements • Architect and implement SSO, MFA, and provisioning integrations across SaaS, cloud, and on-premises applications • Drive automation initiatives using Terraform and GitOps pipelines for efficient Okta configuration management • Implement advanced security measures, including phishing-resistant MFA (e.g., FIDO2, Okta FastPass) and passwordless authentication • Ensure compliance with federal security frameworks, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and other industry standards • Develop risk-based access policies, continuous authentication, and session management strategies • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Okta and IAM best practices • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver secure identity solutions • Support audits, logging, monitoring, and compliance reporting using Okta System Logs and event data

• Manage and monitor the integrated quality review processes for the project for all disciplines. • Meet regularly with multiple project and firm-wide leaders to coordinate critical information on project status and potential risk. • Develop and implement the team technical leadership strategy for continuous proactive quality engagement. • Work with project leadership to schedule and coordinate staffing for quality reviews for all disciplines. • Engage in and contribute to project Risk Assessment process including the phase updates. • Guide and assist project team in the development of Project Quality Plan and its updates. • Review and guide development of planning each phase drawing document deliverable through Cartooning process. • Guide team to implement firm technical document standards and CA policies. • Guide team through development and resolution of comprehensive and coordinated solutions across technical documentation and construction phases. • Act as a proactive resource to project team in decision-making processes and support in development of technically sound design solutions. • Meet with project team members to monitor work in progress and ensure standards implementation. • Guide Project Architects in the Life Safety, Building and Energy Code analysis and compliance process for the project. • Monitor the progress of coordination of all disciplines, including consultants. • Monitor overall project metrics to identify and report potential risk issues early. • Monitor alignment of Project manual with the drawings. • Schedule, manage and record phase quality reviews, engaging other project reviewers. • Participate in Business Development activities and collaborate with Project Managers, Marketing and Office Leadership. • Contribute to capture and reuse of institutional knowledge within the firm. • Write technical articles relating to quality subjects for internal and/or external publication. • Mentor project staff to support culture of continuous quality improvement.
