• Lead end-to-end service delivery across multiple customer engagements • Develop and implement repeatable processes, SOPs, and playbooks to drive consistency and scalability • Track and manage projects using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms • Ensure alignment across sales, engineering, partners, and customers • Lead customer cadence meetings and manage Action Item Registers (AIR) • Drive alignment across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Support, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing • Serve as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams • Own services P&L, including revenue, cost, and margin performance • Develop pricing models, service offerings, and customer quotes • Forecast revenue and proactively manage margin risk • Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontracted services • Validate completion, quality, and performance of subcontracted work • Manage partner relationships and performance • Drive customer acceptance, delivery milestones, and formal sign-offs • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in partnership with Finance • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the delivery lifecycle • Build and refine scalable service delivery processes (intake → delivery → closeout) • Define and track KPIs such as margin, utilization, timelines, and customer satisfaction • Partner with Marketing to support services positioning and collateral development
