• Own the Growth Engine • Build and execute the growth strategy for STNDRD’s training app, coaching, and telehealth services • Drive scalable user acquisition across paid media, creators, content, and emerging channels • Identify new growth opportunities and test new acquisition strategies • Build repeatable systems that create predictable growth • Lead Performance Marketing • Own and scale paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend based on performance • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for performance tracking • Optimize campaigns against key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period • Build the Creative Growth Engine • Lead the creative strategy behind all paid and growth marketing • Manage and mentor the in-house creative team (designers and editors) • Establish a rapid experimentation and testing culture • Identify winning creative concepts and scale them quickly • Strengthen the Brand & Community • Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all channels • Leverage athlete storytelling, fitness education, and creator partnerships • Help build an engaged STNDRD community through authentic content • Collaborate Across the Company • Partner with product, coaching, and leadership teams on launches and growth initiatives • Align marketing strategy with product development and platform growth • Manage agencies, freelancers, and external marketing partners
• Personally welcome each new client within 24 hours of close • Guide clients through platform access, assessments, coach assignment, scheduling expectations • Maintain consistent proactive communication with active clients • Monitor engagement levels, missed check-ins, sentiment shifts, early warning signs of churn • Track payment plans, installment timing, and collection status • Deliver a hospitality-grade experience at every touchpoint • Relay client insights to Sales, Coaches, Leadership • Participate in weekly ops/experience reviews

The Opportunity We’re looking for a Director of Coaching to lead and scale the STNDRD coaching experience. This role sits at the intersection of coaching leadership, customer success, and operational excellence. You will oversee the coaching team, ensure coaches are maximizing the STNDRD platform, and obsess over delivering exceptional results and experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader who understands both coaching and client success, and is passionate about building systems that help coaches perform at their highest level while ensuring members receive world-class support. What You’ll Do Lead the Coaching Team - Lead, mentor, and manage the STNDRD coaching team. - Drive coach performance with a focus on improving client retention and outcomes. - Establish coaching standards, best practices, and performance expectations. - Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development for coaches. - Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence. Own the Client Experience - Ensure every client receives a high-quality STNDRD coaching experience. - Oversee client onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention. - Support coaches in resolving client issues and delivering exceptional service. - Monitor client satisfaction and continuously improve the coaching experience. Optimize Coaching Operations - Manage coaching schedules, workload distribution, and operational efficiency. - Implement systems that help coaches manage time effectively while maintaining high-quality service. - Build scalable processes that support the growth of the STNDRD coaching program. Improve Platform & Workflow - Ensure coaches are effectively using the STNDRD platform to deliver coaching services. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and platform adoption. - Partner with product and leadership teams to improve tools that support coaches and clients. Drive Community & Engagement - Support initiatives that strengthen the STNDRD community and member engagement. - Encourage accountability, motivation, and connection among clients and coaches. - Help create a coaching environment that empowers members to reach their goals. Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams on program launches and initiatives. - Share insights from coaching and client feedback to help improve the STNDRD platform and programs. What We’re Looking For - 5–10 years of experience in fitness coaching, coaching leadership, or client success roles. - Experience managing coaches or performance teams. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to analyze performance data and identify drivers of high- and low-performing coaches. - Experience with fitness coaching platforms, digital coaching programs, or online communities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment. - Deep passion for fitness, coaching, and helping people achieve meaningful results. Bonus Experience - Experience scaling or building a digital coaching program. - Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-scaling fitness brands. - Strong background in client retention, engagement strategy, or community building. - Experience collaborating closely with product teams to improve coaching platforms.
