• Assist the Compliance Department in the implementation of the Company’s Compliance program • Research and advise on federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations that impact SVG agencies including but not limited to HIPAA and TCPA • Provide other legal research as assigned by the General Counsel • Conduct contract reviews and draft legal documents as assigned by the General Counsel • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with established legal principles and requirements • Escalate compliance and privacy concerns to the General Counsel • Provide oversight in assessing product, compliance, privacy or operational risks and contribute to risk management strategies • Assist in the management of litigation as needed • Contribute to the annual Compliance Work Plan • Maintain an expert-level knowledge of compliance trends and applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations to ensure compliance practices are maintained and upheld • Other job duties as assigned.
