Role Description As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the first line of support for both Sages and Vendors on the Sagetap platform. You will help resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure users have a smooth, thoughtful experience across the marketplace. This is a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused role that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You’ll work closely with internal teams to identify recurring issues, improve support processes, and help create a positive experience for everyone using the platform. You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoy helping people solve problems quickly and thoughtfully. Job Description: At Sagetap, content isn’t just marketing — it defines our category. As our Sr. Content Strategist, you will architect Sagetap’s narrative across brand, product, and growth. You won’t just create content — you will define the messaging frameworks, positioning strategy, and editorial direction that establish Sagetap as the authoritative voice in enterprise software discovery. This is a strategic role first and an execution role second. You will partner closely with Growth, Product, and Leadership to translate complex enterprise AI and security dynamics into compelling, differentiated narratives. As Sage Acquisition Manager, you will own the top-of-funnel pipeline and inflow of high-quality executive applicants (“Sages”). The Role We’re hiring a Head of Growth to build and lead the engine that turns interest into activation, adoption, and long-term product usage. Sitting at the center of Marketing, Product, and Data, this role owns growth strategy across channels, including content, community, partnerships, events, performance marketing, and lifecycle. The mandate is clear: ensure every dollar and every effort invested in growth translates into meaningful activation and durable usage, particularly with senior enterprise technology leaders who are highly time-constrained, discerning, and difficult to reach. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a growth leader who thrives in startup environments and knows how to blend experimentation, product intuition, and strong execution.
