Role Description As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be instrumental in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced environment. - Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities, including answering and directing calls, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments for executive staff. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accurate and professional communication is maintained within and outside the organization. - Oversee and manage inventory of office supplies, ordering new materials as required and ensuring seamless functioning of office environment. - Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, updating records, and managing filing systems. - Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe minutes of meetings. Qualifications - A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant. - Experience in Life Sciences or a related field is a plus. - High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and knowledge of office management systems and procedures is required. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Role Description The Health Educator at Nurix Therapeutics is a vital role responsible for the development and implementation of health education strategies, programs and processes. This role contributes significantly to the promotion and maintenance of the health and well-being of the staff and clients at our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with our healthcare team, implementing educational strategies and initiatives that address health issues. - Develop and implement health education programs and workshops that address common health challenges and promote healthy lifestyles. - Research, evaluate and adapt health education tools and resources, to meet the specific needs of different groups within our organization. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to determine health education priorities and to develop appropriate health education strategies. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health education programs, and implement improvements as required. - Work with management to develop health policies and strategies, and promote a culture of health and wellness across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive health educator with the ability to inspire, educate and motivate others. They will need excellent communication skills, vast knowledge on health promotion measures, and a passion for community health improvement. They will need to understand how to effectively implement health education programs in a diverse and complex organization such as ours. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, or another closely related field. - A Master’s degree would be desirable. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in health education or a related role in a healthcare setting, preferably in an organization similar in size and complexity to ours. - Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to design and deliver effective health education programs. - CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist) certification would be an advantage.
