• Create and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand market share within the UAV sector. • Identify key target accounts in both commercial and defense segments. • Utilize existing contacts within defense, aerospace, and UAV sectors to open new opportunities and strengthen Lyten’s market position. • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals with new customers. • Establish long-term relationships with UAV OEMs, defense primes, and technology integrators to embed Lyten batteries in next-generation platforms. • Develop a deep technical understanding of Lyten's Li-S battery technology and articulate its performance advantages (higher energy density, lower weight, improved safety) to a technical audience. • Work closely with the product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to provide market feedback for future product innovation. • Create and present compelling technical proposals, demonstrations, and product overviews to potential customers. • Stay informed about industry trends, market needs, and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales, revenue, and expenses to senior management. • Represent Lyten at relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
• Define, maintain, and follow up system requirements for development and validation • Hold overall functional responsibility for the system • Facilitate trade-off decisions when requirements are conflicting or not fully met • Drive system development in collaboration with internal teams, departments, and external suppliers • Apply systems engineering and management principles to optimize solutions within constraints of performance, schedule, and cost across the entire product life cycle • Ensure requirements from industry-specific standards are implemented in the system design
• Actively interact with customers to understand product use cases and requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle • Support early product concept development and architecture definition • Design and integrate high-voltage and low-voltage harness routing and fastening from concept to production, with strong focus on safety, serviceability, and producibility • Develop high-voltage routing and busbar systems, ensuring compliance with creepage and clearance requirements • Package and integrate HV and LV electrical components, considering EMC, ventilation, condensation, safety, serviceability, and manufacturing constraints • Perform mechanical design of protective enclosures and support systems for electronic components and harnesses (metallic and plastic), accounting for mechanical loads and vibration • Design protective enclosures to safeguard against environmental impacts and contamination • Apply design-for-manufacturing and cost-optimization principles • Support electrical and system engineers in preparing schematics and formboard drawings • Support interface selection (connectors, switches, indicators, etc.) to ensure system requirements are fulfilled • Create technical drawings for customers and manufacturing • Support product and documentation release in Teamcenter • Participate in prototyping and validation of designed components
