• Establish and lead the FP&A function, developing tailored processes and frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that align with our consulting and SAAS offerings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, data, and input for accurate financial forecasting of our solutions. • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances, enabling data-driven decision-making. • Develop financial models that provide insights into different scenarios, assisting in risk assessment, pricing strategies, and growth planning for our consulting services and SAAS software. • Work closely with the executive team to set financial targets that support our company's strategic goals. • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to inform financial strategies for our holistic solutions. • Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation in our consulting and SAAS operations. • Provide guidance on pricing structures, cost analysis, and profitability for both our consulting and software offerings. • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, considering the dual nature of our solutions.

• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients whose challenges align with our solutions, targeting Finance, Sales, and IT leaders at key accounts. • Initiate and manage outreach to prospects through a multi-channel approach, including personalized emails, cold calls, and strategic engagement on platforms like LinkedIn. • Engage with prospects to understand their current systems, operational pain points, and strategic goals to determine if they are a good fit for our services. • Clearly and concisely articulate the Lightbridge Solutions value proposition, connecting our services to the specific problems and needs of each prospect. • Schedule qualified discovery meetings and appointments between prospects and the Lightbridge leadership team. • Meticulously track all activities, communications, and lead information in the CRM system to ensure a clean and accurate sales pipeline. • Work closely with the company's leadership to refine prospecting strategies, develop effective messaging, and provide feedback from the front lines.

• Own and contribute to the technical design and implementation of NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x, SDF, and SuiteCloud tools • Architect solutions that minimize tight coupling, manage governance limits, and remain stable across NetSuite upgrades • Design and review integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST APIs, RESTlets, and iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, MuleSoft, or Boomi • Introduce and champion process automation and development improvements within the technical team, including the responsible use of AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies • Create and maintain technical design documentation, diagrams, and flow models using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart, ensuring alignment with functional designs • Work closely with functional consultants to translate business process designs into clear, well-structured technical architectures • Partner with the Solution Architect to supplement solution design discussions, validate technical approaches, and ensure consistency across projects • Lead code reviews, define development standards, and mentor developers to improve overall code quality and delivery consistency • Support release management, environment promotion, and versioning using SDF, SuiteApps, and SuiteBundles • Design and support reporting and analytics solutions using saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteAnalytics Connect

• Identify, evaluate, and understand customer requirements to guide NetSuite set-up, configuration, and customization • Ensure completion of tasks and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, implementations, and project reviews • Work with the implementation team to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into the client’s infrastructure • Train end users on how to effectively use financial systems features and applications • Develop informational reports and financial statements • Act as ongoing support to existing NetSuite client base and take a proactive approach to troubleshooting
