• Identify, recruit, and manage senior manufacturing executives who will attend and/or speak at events • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential executive speakers and attendees from large manufacturing companies • Evaluate potential speakers based on seniority, credibility, relevance to LNS Research themes, and value to the audience • Ensure speakers are prepared and have a positive experience before and after the event • Stay engaged with LNS Research partner communities and industry networks • Create outreach content, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging to recruit speakers and attendees • Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence • Develop and engage the LNS industrial community through consistent networking and relationship development • Convert speaker and attendee relationships into COO Council memberships over time • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline speaker and attendee sourcing • Meet quarterly speaker recruitment targets and drive attendee registration targets for each event • Track and report on outreach activity metrics including response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-confirm
