• Identify, research, and qualify potential strategic partners aligned with Lighthouse’s business goals • Execute outbound outreach strategies, including segmenting targets and prioritizing opportunities • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective referral partners • Clearly communicate Lighthouse’s value proposition and the mutual benefits of partnership • Evaluate outreach performance and refine strategies based on results and feedback • Support the handoff of newly signed partners to internal Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams • Assist with onboarding activities such as documentation, introductions, and internal coordination • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure partner alignment with company strategy and messaging • Serve as a point of contact for basic partner questions or coordination needs • Help maintain positive partner relationships by identifying issues and escalating appropriately • Track prospecting activity, pipeline progress, and sourced revenue in CRM tools • Analyze outreach and partnership data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Assist with reporting on key partnership metrics, including revenue attribution and commission tracking • Support administrative processes related to partnerships and internal documentation • Travel up to 10% as needed to support partnership development

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team while leading all core people-management responsibilities (hiring, onboarding, evaluations, coaching, corrective action, timecards, PTO) • Manage and report team performance using key metrics, ensuring accountability to quality and operational standards • Identify training needs and drive continuous improvement by developing team skills and optimizing processes • Foster a culture of teamwork and trust while maintaining open communication with leadership on morale, feedback, challenges, and opportunities • Lead daily sales execution across all service lines with accountability for quarterly and annual revenue targets • Convert growth goals into clear activity plans, territory focus, and weekly execution rhythms • Partner with the CRO on forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and prioritization of high-value opportunities • Ensure strong execution of inbound lead handling, outbound prospecting, competitive takeovers, and pipeline advancement • Reinforce standardized sales processes for qualification, discovery, proposals, and closing • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, call coaching, and activity/performance assessments • Ensure CRM accuracy and consistent use of AI initiatives, workflows and reporting • Improve lead response time, qualification, and follow-up quality for inbound opportunities • Develop outbound strategies aligned to key growth lines of business • Collaborate with Marketing on targeting, messaging, and campaign alignment • Create momentum by balancing inbound demand with proactive outbound pursuit of strategic accounts and competitive targets • Partner closely with Lighthouse leadership and department heads (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance) to align customer engagement, pipeline development, and go-to-market strategies • Engage directly in high-value customer interactions — including calls, demos, presentations, and negotiations — to deepen relationships and accelerate revenue opportunities • Monitor customer insights, competitive dynamics, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy and support geographic or segment expansion • Provide weekly updates to leadership on pipeline performance, risks, competitive insights, and recommended actions

• Drive growth of our instrument service portfolio across CROs, pharmaceutical organizations, and large reference labs. • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and build a sustainable pipeline. • Leverage your existing network to generate leads, build trust, and convert prospects into long-term clients. • Manage CRM activity using company SOPs. • Build a strong referral network via cold outreach, B2B strategies, conferences, and relationship-driven business development. • Cultivate strong relationships with current clients, partners, and internal teams through proactive communication. • Deliver persuasive presentations, sales pitches, product updates, and data-driven reports. • Attend team meetings and facilitate communication between customers and technical staff. • Work with internal teams to create accurate Statements of Work. • Negotiate service agreements and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. • Travel to client sites and conferences as needed.
