Role Description Libra AI is an enterprise AI-native WorkOS that unifies search, automation, and intelligent action across 250+ tools. We replace the chaos of fragmented software with one AI layer that actually works: executing workflows, surfacing answers, and taking action across HR, Finance, Procurement, GTM, and beyond. As our Founding Account Executive, you will own North America go-to-market from zero: - Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts across North America, from cold outreach to close. - Build and refine the GTM playbook: ICP definition, outbound motion, discovery frameworks, pitch narrative, and objection handling. - Work directly with the founding team to translate customer feedback into product direction. - Hire and onboard the next AEs once you have proven the model. - Set up the tooling, process, and culture for a world-class sales function. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or AI, selling to enterprise or mid-market buyers in North America. - Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals and understanding good discovery. - Ability to connect a product's capabilities to a customer's real business problems. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Self-starter who identifies gaps, makes calls, tests hypotheses, and iterates independently. Requirements - Experience selling AI or automation products and understanding the buying psychology around enterprise AI adoption. - Experience in an early-stage or zero-to-one environment and comfort with ambiguity. - View sales as problem-solving rather than pitch-delivering. - Desire for ownership of a number, a function, and meaningful equity in something you helped build.
