• Design and execute the content strategy (blogs, guides, educational resources, lead magnets). • Manage and grow Lazo’s newsletter with a focus on engagement and conversion. • Create and optimize lead magnets (checklists, ebooks, workshops, playbooks, templates). • Optimize Lazo’s website (copy, landing pages, on-page SEO, conversion, A/B testing of messaging). • Lead the production and promotion of webinars, workshops, and online events in collaboration with Growth and Partnerships. • Manage UGC and social media (primarily LinkedIn) with a focus on reach, engagement, and demand generation. • Use AI tools to create, iterate, and scale content (copy, images, research, outlines, SEO, etc.). • Analyze content and channel performance (traffic, leads, conversions) and drive continuous improvements.
