Key Responsibilities Outreach & Communication - Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage prospects, clients, and partners - Support follow-ups, scheduling, and ongoing communication with stakeholders - Maintain professional and clear written communication aligned with client expectations Research & Lead Generation - Identify and research companies, executives, and market opportunities - Build and manage prospect lists for campaigns and business initiatives - Gather insights on industries, competitors, and target markets Campaign & Operations Support - Assist in executing outreach and marketing campaigns - Track and update activity in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets) - Support reporting, data management, and pipeline tracking Administrative & Coordination Support - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate across teams - Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal organization - Support ad hoc projects across business, events, or client initiatives Qualifications - 1–4 years of experience in virtual assistance, sales support, customer support, business development, or similar roles - Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Experience with outreach tools (LinkedIn, email platforms) and CRM systems is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities - Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Self-starter with strong initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills What We Look For - Strong communication and professionalism in client interactions - Resourcefulness and ability to “figure things out” independently - Adaptability across different types of work (outreach, research, admin, etc.) - High level of ownership and reliability

Role Description The Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire event planning lifecycle for Landmark’s Dinners. The Manager will work closely with clients, venues, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality events that meet Landmark’s and the client’s objectives and exceed expectations. This role demands excellent project management skills, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in consulting, marketing, sales operations, or a similarly dynamic hybrid role. - Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adopt and maintain a leadership voice across formats. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. - Advanced proficiency in Google Slides with a refined sense of layout, branding, and visual storytelling. - Experience working directly with senior leadership and the judgment to handle sensitive information. - A natural bias toward action—you finish one task and immediately identify the next. - A “doer” mentality with the persistence to own workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight. - A high-output, low-ego approach to work, seeking world-class mentorship and a long-term career springboard. Requirements - Partnership, Sales & Growth Operations (50%) - Collaborate with the President on strategic initiatives, including marketing, sales/partnership operations, demand generation, reporting, and salesforce/team alignment. - Support the development and management of firmwide revenue initiatives by evaluating current sales activities and directly prospecting new business opportunities. - Strengthen data utilization and engagement efficiency by researching emerging tools and capabilities, with a particular focus on AI utilization. - Prepare briefs, insights, and research summaries for internal and external prospect meetings. - Support meeting and report preparation for client meetings, weekly/quarterly team briefs, and executive sessions. - Marketing, Content Creation & Executive Communications (30%) - Draft long-form articles, social content, and personalized client pitches that reflect the President’s voice and strategic intent. - Manage meeting follow-ups and ensure information flows cleanly to the right stakeholders. - Develop high-impact presentations that distill complex ideas into clear, compelling executive narratives. - Support executive communications, including messaging, email drafts, and internal updates. - Executive Operations & Strategic Initiatives (20%) - Lead and independently own special projects, ensuring alignment across Sales, Events, Marketing, and Operations. - Thoughtfully develop suggestions for operational/process improvement. - Proactively manage information flow across the Executive Office to eliminate bottlenecks. - Provide essential support in finance and accounting tasks related to business development. - Track deliverables, timelines, and success metrics to maintain organizational momentum. The Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire event planning lifecycle for Landmark’s Dinners. This role demands excellent project management skills, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
