Role Description We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. - Provide first-level support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related equipment - Monitor and respond quickly to incoming support requests via ticketing system, email, or phone - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, email, and internet connectivity - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems - Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required - Maintain documentation of support activities, inventory, and IT assets - Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security practices Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field - Proven experience in IT support or desktop support role - Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking - Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Requirements - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent - Experience with cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365, etc.) - Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices Benefits - Competitive salary package - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team - Career growth and upskilling opportunities - Flexible work environment (if remote/hybrid)
