Role Description The Director of Global Compensation is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and governance of compensation across Inizio. This role will shape a scalable, market-competitive compensation framework that supports a high-growth, international organisation. This is a strategic role with a strong execution focus. You will ensure compensation programmes are not only well-designed but effectively embedded through systems, processes, and governance and continuous evolution of compensation practices. Key Responsibilities - Compensation Strategy & Design - Own and evolve the global compensation strategy and pay philosophy - Design and maintain scalable pay structures aligned to business growth - Act as the subject matter expert on compensation, advising senior stakeholders - Executive Compensation & Governance - Support the design and governance of executive compensation frameworks (salary, bonus, equity) - Contribute to Remuneration Committee materials, providing clear, data-driven insights - Maintain working knowledge of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs) - Benchmarking & Market Insight - Lead the organisation's benchmarking approach and market positioning - Interpret market data to inform pay decisions and structure design - Manage relationships with external benchmarking providers - Job Architecture & Structures - Lead the development and governance of global job architecture - Oversee salary ranges, grading frameworks, and alignment with career pathways - Systems & Optimisation - Lead the optimisation of Workday advance compensation modules and related tools - Drive continuous improvement of compensation cycles and processes - Balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery where needed - Governance, Risk & Compliance - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency and Pay equity reporting cross jurisdictions - Identify and manage compensation-related risks, including pay equity - Projects & Transformation - Lead key initiatives such as pay transparency and compensation planning tools - Support M&A activity and harmonisation of compensation practices - Stakeholder Partnership - Partner with HRLT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders - Work closely with the Global Benefits Director to ensure a cohesive Total Rewards approach - Translate data into clear insights to support decision-making Qualifications - Strong experience in global compensation strategy, design, and governance - Expertise in benchmarking, pay structures, and job architecture - Experience supporting executive compensation and senior stakeholder forums - Familiarity with regulatory environments, including EU Pay Transparency - Experience with compensation systems (e.g. Workday) - Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills Company Description At Inizio, we're a global team driven by a shared purpose: to reimagine health. • Copy editing, proofreading, and formatting scientific content, including slide decks, manuscripts, and scientific communications, to congress, journal, and client specifications. • Preparing documents for teams within budgeted timelines. • Assisting teams with preparing journal and congress submissions as required. • Collaborating with teams to achieve common goals.

• Lead the development and execution of a global benefits strategy, with primary ownership of U.S. health and welfare programs • Ensure benefits programs are aligned with cost targets, market positioning, and overall Total Rewards strategy • Design and optimize benefits across the U.S., UK, and Ireland (medical, pension, and risk benefits) • Own U.S. health and welfare programs, including medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, and disability • Drive plan design, vendor strategy, and cost management initiatives • Lead renewals, RFPs, and vendor management to optimize performance and cost outcomes • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements (ACA, ERISA, etc.) • Oversee pensions, medical (where applicable), and insured benefits in the UK and Ireland • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., UK pensions, auto-enrolment, Irish frameworks) • Partner with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reduction initiatives • Develop and validate cost models, savings opportunities, and ROI • Establish governance, reporting, and KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability • Lead implementation of plan changes, vendor transitions, and new programs • Ensure accurate and timely execution in partnership with Payroll and Technology • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort • Identify and manage financial, operational, and compliance risks across benefits programs • Establish strong controls across systems, vendors, and processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy • Partner with senior stakeholders (HR, Finance, and Business Leaders) to align strategy and decisions • Lead communication strategies to improve employee understanding and engagement • Navigate complex and sensitive decisions with clarity and influence • Lead and develop a lean team supporting U.S., UK, and Ireland benefits • Define a clear operating model, ensuring work is performed at the appropriate level across the team and shared services • Partner with People Services to ensure effective employee support and issue resolution

• Solve our greatest talent challenges and implement solutions that deliver value to the overall Inizio group, HR, and the Business while furthering the development of our talent strategy • Support the BU and BU Sr. People Partners in the execution of HR plans and processes for their BU including recruiting and retention plans, career development, compensation and benefits processes, and talent management • Collaborate with the CoEs to address HR needs at the BU level and provide input to the CoE methodologies and plans to adapt to the specific business divisions • Escalate complex issues to Sr. People Partner and People Solutions as needed and regularly inform on performance, initiative progress, and risks • Support the BU to address structural issues and provide input/help in implementing reorganization when necessary • Articulate the capabilities, resources, and actions needed to close talent gaps or optimize the workforce • Proactively promote and maintain an environment where the company’s values are demonstrated • Support the implementation of key HR initiatives • Support the People Solutions Lead in working collaboratively across different teams / functions to deliver projects that improve / enhance Inizio HR practices • Have the opportunity to work across the HR organization

Title: Revenue Accountant (12 month FTC) Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom Hybrid Job Description: 12-month fixed-term contract position. The Opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated Accountant to join our Global Financial Services (GFS) organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting the financial operations of the business, with a focus on centralised revenue recognition processes. You will contribute to process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic and evolving environment. This is a hybrid role based in our central Manchester office on a hybrid basis (2 days per week), reporting to the Global Revenue Controller. Key Responsibilities - Process Transition: Partner with local finance teams to transition processes through documentation and knowledge sharing. - Month-End Close Activities: Drive the monthly close including journals, reviewing revenue-related schedules and reconciliations, and running and distributing reports in a timely and accurate manner. - Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, efficiencies, simplification opportunities and automation initiatives. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally to support the central revenue recognition process, resolve issues, respond to internal and external queries and build strong relationships. - Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to SLAs, finance policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls including SOX compliance. - Team Culture: Foster a high-performance, collaborative and inclusive culture - Other: Perform other duties as required. • Identify and build strong, enduring relationships with key decision makers. • Align with Inizio business stakeholders to set account strategy and document this according to the approved Sales / Account Management methodology (e.g., Miller Heimann). • Partner with Inizio businesses to drive account performance to meet or exceed annual sales targets for specified Accounts. • Drive strategic proposal volume and assist in the development of proposal content as appropriate. • Develop and identify prospective solutions based on customer needs, and portfolio/pipeline strategy. • Engage with operational program teams to track milestones and results - identifying, trouble-shooting and escalating issues (where necessary) to drive Client satisfaction. • Gather client and competitive intelligence to inform Inizio's account strategy, coordinate with Inizio client data & insights team and Advisory businesses to identify whitespace aggregated to Advisory level. • Triage & coordinate account enterprise capability overviews, RFPs, and/or data requests. • Function as the key POC within Inizio for nominated accounts, supporting coordination across the businesses for these accounts.
