• Monitor HubSpot CRM pipeline in real time from 8am–5pm EST • Reach out to qualified trial leads within 5 minutes via personalized SMS • Spend 2–3 minutes reviewing each prospect’s website, offer, and business before first contact • Run a short qualification process to determine ad spend, business type, and readiness • Book qualified leads directly onto assigned closer calendars • Follow up with leads that are interested but not yet ready • Route unqualified leads into automated sequences • Log all contact attempts, qualification notes, and outcomes in HubSpot • Update deal stages accurately as leads progress • Handle multiple SMS conversations simultaneously throughout the day • Post a short end-of-day summary in Slack

• Ensure we collect data and feedback on the product in the most effective way possible. Then deploy it to increase retention and adoption while decreasing churn. • Hyper optimize onboarding to increase set up and adoption rates • Optimize the customer experience of existing features to increase use, ease of understanding and results. • Improve how we communicate results, success and interact with the customer via our dashboard and communications. • Figure out where the software is confusing or failing customers. Then design elegant and simple solutions to improve the experience. • Work hand and hand with support to figure out the best ways to retain and improve customer experience. Create and improve our bug/error detections systems. Then prioritize maintenance and fix priority based around what's most important in relation to retention so that our work is as effective as possible. • Work hand and hand with our development teams in achieving all the goals above. • Be a one-person army in the beginning—hands-on, all-in

• Optimize the AIR AI agent for customers to improve their results. • Add new AI automations for large clients to expand their results. • Diagnose failing accounts and re-align their AI agent to perform better and get them back to success. • Be the expert of prompting our AI and creating default easy settings and strategies that will work for smaller customers. • Help our team strategize new ways to apply the AIR agent to increase revenue for clients.

• Ensure all affiliate systems run smoothly (with admin support) • Revamp our current affiliate program to boost appeal and performance • Design and launch a brand-new affiliate program for our AI remarketing platform, AIR • Build and manage a thriving affiliate community around AIR • Develop a growth engine that attracts, activates, and retains affiliates—while encouraging referrals • Oversee merch giveaways, contests, and prize promotions • Handle KOL outreach, influencer promotions, and paid ads • Be a one-person army in the beginning—hands-on, all-in • Eventually have the opportunity to build out your own affiliate team
