Multimedia Production Specialist Job Category: Marketing and Communications Requisition Number: MULTI004961 - Full-Time - Hybrid - Locations Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA Job Details Description The Multimedia Production Specialist will support all areas of operations, plan, facilitate studio and field-based video production, including the planning, storyboarding, coordinating, filming, editing, sound mixing, graphic design and output for a wide variety of uses. Duties / Responsibilities: - Provide audiovisual support of Hotwire events and training support daily. - Research and recommend technologies to promote development of video production services. - Optimize creation and process of sales in a timely manner. - Ensure adherence to deadlines and client needs are met with swift and speedy execution. - Guide clients through video or visual ad production process and pitch in to write and produce. - Maintain video libraries, audio visual files, licensing and ownership. - Assist internal and external clients in the development of targeted ad campaigns, product demos and public service campaigns, at times may serve as lead producer. - Perform data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data. - Facilitate in the development of collateral, sales reports, and records for both internal and external teams. - Experience with recording, editing, and production equipment to support multimedia production needs. - Work collaboratively with various internal departments to ensure client scheduling, advertising and account activity requirements are met. - Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - 3+ years of relevant corporate audiovisual experience of advertising through multi-screen television advertising. - Passionate about digital media. - Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, and ability to develop strong working relationships. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must have active and clean, non-restrictive, state issued driver’s license in assigned territory. - Ability to work days, weekends, evenings, and holidays and participate in on-call rotation as needed. - Must be self-motivated and have the ability work independently; coordinates several projects at the same time while prioritizing competing demands on time-frames. - Enthusiastic about programming- you know who is binging what and can anticipate the next thing on the horizon and understand the commercial impact on audiences today. - Exceptional experience in digital platforms, social media outlets and how to maximize algorithms. Role Description The Customer Engagement Specialist provides “white glove” support and service to our customers. The Representative will be responsible for handling a variety of calls, chats, and email communication regarding Hotwire Communication’s suite of technology services and products. - Provide technical telephone, IPTV, and Internet support to customers and answer complex questions on function and usage products. - Perform follow-up testing, and/or troubleshooting to assist customers with the most accurate and timely response to their technical support issue(s). - Phone, chat and email contact with customers to make recommendations on Hotwire’s Service and resolve issues. - Resolve customer questions or problems via telephone in areas of system configuration/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements. - Serve as primary support liaison between Hotwire Communications and our residential customers. - Possess thorough knowledge of Hotwire Communications product line and other applications utilized by customers. - Other duties as required or assigned. Role Description The Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for monitoring the performance quality of our call center associates who deal with our existing and potential customers. The QAA will monitor inbound and outbound calls, chats, and email responses to assess the associate's demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. This individual will assist in developing, creating, and implementing call center quality processes and procedures and making recommendations for enhancements to QA and training materials as needed to enhance the overall Hotwire Communications Concierge service excellence experience. Responsibilities - Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards. - Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels. - Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to the QA Manager and the Leadership team. - Assist with coaching call center agents to improve call quality and create an exceptional customer experience. - Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions for call center leadership staff to maintain consistency and objectivity in scoring and documenting audited customer interactions. - Perform QA audits across multiple channels, including inbound/outbound calls, chats, and email. - Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed. - Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review. - Participate in the processes for recurring partner requirements, service levels, reporting, change management, quality assurance, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), including formal reporting requirements and meetings. - Other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications - 2-3 years of call center experience with 1 or more years of quality assurance related experience. - Bachelor’s degree (preferred). - A strong understanding of the contact center environment and the role CX & Quality Assurance. - Working knowledge of Call Center concepts, practices and procedures. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). - Must embrace company principles and demonstrate understanding of Hotwire’s White Glove culture. - Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
