Position Summary We are a growing IT tech repair company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join and support the expansion of our sales team. This role is critical to ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives working independently, can manage multiple priorities with ease, and takes pride in getting the details right. A passion for technology and an understanding of the IT repair industry is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities CRM Management & Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system - Ensure all client and prospect data is properly entered, organized, and maintained - Track repair quotes, sales activity, and client interactions - Provide regular pipeline and activity reports to sales leadership - Track key KPIs such as lead response time, quote conversion rates, and calls booked Lead Management & Prospecting - Triage and qualify incoming leads in a timely manner - Perform data enrichment on new leads to ensure complete and accurate contact, company, and equipment information - Support prospecting efforts to help build and maintain a healthy pipeline of businesses and clients in need of IT repair services - Execute follow-up sequences with leads and prospects on a defined schedule - Re-engage cold or stale leads in the pipeline to maximize conversion opportunities Sales Support & Coordination - Schedule and set up all sales calls and appointments - Prepare and send quotes for IT repair services including hardware repairs, device maintenance, and related technical solutions - Follow up on outstanding quotes that have not yet been accepted - Manage and organize sales-related email communications - Follow and uphold the established sales process at every stage - Help build, refine, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales process to support the growth and scalability of the team Client Onboarding - Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients - Ensure all service agreements are properly completed, signed, and filed - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to service delivery Qualifications & Skills - Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to accuracy in data entry, documentation, and follow-through - Excellent Communicator: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills - Highly Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks, systems, and deadlines simultaneously - Independent & Self-Motivated: Comfortable working autonomously in a virtual environment with minimal supervision - Strong Prioritization Skills: Able to quickly assess urgency and importance to effectively manage daily workload - Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred - Familiarity with the IT repair or managed services industry is a strong plus - Basic understanding of IT hardware, devices, and common repair terminology preferred - Proficiency in email management and standard business tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) Schedule & Work Environment - Fully remote/virtual position - Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST - Must be available and responsive during scheduled work hours - Must have reliable internet access Gophermods is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
