• Serve customers with excellence, ensuring a high-quality experience. • Promote GJO products and equipment to customers. • Develop and execute the Action Plan established by the company. • Monitor and be aware of individual targets and results. • Set business objectives for each customer. • Perform biweekly planning of visits and tasks using Ploomes. • Prepare, analyze and record daily activities in Ploomes. • Identify and record business opportunities on the platform. • Conduct active customer prospecting using Ploomes. • Review and analyze monthly sales results, action plans, opportunities and system usage through 1:1 meetings. • Analyze, report and follow up on competitor actions. • Offer and/or facilitate training and continuous education on the product portfolio to customers. • Verify proper functioning of products during routine visits. • Collect damaged products in accordance with company policies. • Act as an intermediary between the customer and GJO for equipment maintenance requests. • Perform consignment stock checking and management. • Collect products when necessary. • Comply with all activities established by the Quality Management System procedures. • Follow and respect GJO’s Code of Ethics and Conduct (Compliance).
