• Own creative direction and final sign-off for an assigned portfolio of clients • Serve as the primary creative partner to clients (alignment, expectations, presentations as needed) • Partner with PM/Client Services to manage prioritization, timelines, and scope • Attend client meetings as needed (kickoffs, planning, reviews) • Convert meetings and client inputs into clear briefs that include: objective, audience, offer, deliverables, channel specs, references, constraints, success metrics • Identify ambiguity early and propose options/solutions to unblock execution • Provide clear, prioritized, actionable feedback to designers and Art Directors • Ensure consistency with brand standards and channel performance best practices • Maintain quality across high-volume marketing output (web, email, ads, organic) • Implement and maintain a tiered QA system: Designer self-QA → AD review → ACD final review • Reduce revision cycles by improving upstream direction and clarity • Escalate only high-risk work per agreed rubric (VIP accounts, new campaigns, strategic landing pages) • Mentor Art Directors to strengthen direction, critique, and decision-making • Coach designers on craft and execution standards
• Own and evolve our organic search strategy across branded and non-branded queries • Conduct keyword research focused on category education, problem/solution, and product comparison queries • Optimize site architecture, on-page SEO, internal linking, and technical foundations • Develop strategies to improve brand visibility in AI-driven search and answer engines • Optimize content for inclusion in AI summaries, citations, and conversational results • Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, share of voice, and GEO performance indicators • Identify insights, wins, and opportunities through Search Console, GA, and third-party SEO tools

• Serve as a client-facing performance lead • Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations • Proactively surface risks and opportunities • Create and present performance reports to Brand stakeholders • Own acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads • Manage multi-channel paid media budgets for $5M+ e-commerce brands and lead gen businesses. • Lead a team of paid specialists across Meta, Tiktok, and Google Ads • Own LTV:CAC, MER, ROAS performance narratives • Collaborate on forecasting and budget planning • Own new customer / lead growth, delivering client expectations
• Manage and edit Shopify sections, products, collections, and pages. • Build and optimize landing pages using Shopify theme editor and third-party apps (e.g., GemPages, PageFly). • Set up products with complete details (pricing, variants, images, SEO, etc.) including metafields and metaobjects. • Integrate and manage apps across the Shopify ecosystem (email marketing, customer support, 3PL integrations, bundling/upsells, etc.). • Apply CSS edits within Shopify’s custom code sections to adjust layouts, styling, and user experience. • Set-up and manage day-to-day for TikTok Shop and/or Amazon Seller accounts.
