• Play a front-seat role in designing and executing our growth strategies. • Create, manage and optimise marketing campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, Tiktok, etc. • Identify, prioritise and test new and emerging marketing channels. • Adjust landing pages and signup flows to improve conversions and monetization. • Implement & Troubleshoot attribution/tracking issues. • Work towards clear marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CAC & LTV.

• Maintain accurate and reliable financial records in line with HGB • Own accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs (including hands-on work when needed) • Prepare monthly pre-accounting and support smooth month-end and year-end closings with external accountants • Manage employee expenses, reimbursements, and corporate card reconciliations • Support liquidity management, cash flow tracking, and payment scheduling • Ensure structured, audit-ready documentation at all times • Actively question and improve how we run finance today • Identify manual or inefficient workflows and help automate and scale them • Build and improve financial reports that give the business real insight — not just numbers • Help evolve our finance and payroll setup as the company grows • Ensure compliance with German tax, social security, and reporting requirements • Support audits and documentation requests confidently • Handle sensitive financial and personal data securely and GDPR-compliantly • Work closely with Finance and People on budgeting, cost control, and reporting • Support department leads with clear, timely financial information • Be a service-minded contact for finance-related questions across the company • Prepare and validate monthly payroll data and support timely salary payments

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping in accordance with HGB • Lead preparation and coordination of monthly reporting and annual financial statements • Review and improve finance and accounting workflows • Develop internal financial reporting to support leadership decision-making • Ensure compliance with German regulatory requirements

• Shape and work on product features in a collaborative, small team • Help maintain and develop system with NestJS, Prisma, React, and PostgreSQL • Manage core infrastructure like CI/CD pipelines and serverless GCP setup • Collaborate with Product and Design to shape projects and lead them to completion • Propose and challenge software architectural decisions and engineering processes • Coach team members, guide them on product and software decisions, and maintain code quality • Advocate security best practices and identify potential risks
