• Manage Five9 user profiles, skills, campaigns, and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) scripts. • Utilize SQL to query, manage, and audit contact center data for accuracy and performance tracking. • Resolve platform issues, connectivity problems, and integration errors between Five9 and internal CRMs. • Design and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and SQL-based reports to monitor KPIs like Productivity, Conversion Rate, AHT. • Continuously audit call flows and dialer settings to maximize outbound efficiency and inbound service levels.

About the Role: - Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - Remote (no travel) - Location Illinois - Pay $600-$720 a day. (1099 contractor, based on efficiency) - Must have active Illinois Nurse Practitioner license - You choose your hours (min. 24/week). Just assessments, no meds, no Rx, no clinic.
