Role Description We are looking to grow our team with a Sales Development Representative who can enable our revenue growth, drive our brand, and establish strong demand generation. This role is crucial in establishing how we engage dealerships, expand market share, and communicate the value of DealerBuilt’s solutions. What You’ll Do - Research target accounts and contacts to enrich the CRM that will improve campaign effectiveness. - Call, email, share supporting documentation, and complete initial discussions with prospects that yield qualified and kept appointments for Sale. - Execute on strategies, plans, best practices, processes, expectations, and metrics that lead to an increase in the number of customers. - Ownership of SDR activities, tasks, status, and top of funnel pipelines. - Act in a strategic fashion to identify successful paths to uncovering opportunities while strengthening systems. Role Description We are growing and looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the successful onboarding, configuration, and training of DealerBuilt solutions for our customers. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless implementation experience by guiding clients through the process, ensuring adoption, and helping them achieve their desired business outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. What You'll Do - Execute software implementation projects in alignment with established project plans, timelines, and quality standards. - Support implementation activities including system configuration, data validation, and solution setup. - Participate in client kickoff, status, and closeout meetings. - Maintain and manage project tasks, follow-ups, and action items for both internal teams and customers. - Communicate effectively with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle (pre-onsite, onsite, and post-onsite). - Gather and document customer requirements to tailor solutions to their business needs. - Train customers on DealerBuilt solutions to ensure adoption and long-term success. - Assist in developing and maintaining implementation and training documentation, tools, and resources. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback to enhance implementation efficiency and quality. - Support post-implementation activities to ensure customer satisfaction and successful transition. Qualifications - 2+ years of automotive software or dealership experience preferred. - Experience supporting software implementations, onboarding, or training initiatives. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. - Ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into system configurations. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Comfortable leading or supporting client-facing meetings and training sessions. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Familiarity with project management tools is a plus. - Experience working in a remote or geographically dispersed team environment. - Willingness to travel (up to 50–60%) for onsite customer implementations. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
