• We're hiring an exceptional, driven, and results-oriented Regional Sales Director, Northern Europe, to accelerate new business acquisition and unlock expansion opportunities across our customer base. • You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through to negotiation, close, and long-term account growth — consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets. • You will identify and pursue high-value opportunities, develop compelling solution narratives, and position our platform as mission-critical to our customers’ success. • Be the product ambassador to our prospects • Participate in the improvement of business processes • Participate in the recruitment of your teammates • Participate in the construction of the corporate culture of Cycloid • Promote the image and reputation of the company • Communicate the value of Cycloid and help customers understand how our platform is beneficial • Contribute to the development of the Cycloid pipeline with a proactive hunting approach: LinkedIn, Cycloid database, newspapers, networks, events etc. • Drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline, negotiation, and, of course, closing • Work hand in hand with Sales, Partners, Marketing, Pre-sales, Product and Technical teams to provide them with customer needs and product feedback to fuel the product roadmap • Analyse market developments and competitive offers to constantly adapt your understanding of the market and adapt your discourse • Manage the upsell of your customers • Provide clear HubSpot reporting: weekly, monthly, quarterly and early.

• Presales & solution architect & Technical Presentation: a requirement • Platform Advocacy: Confidently present the advantages of Cycloid and clearly articulate its competitive differentiators to a wide range of technical and business stakeholders. • Solution Architecture: Understand customer requirements and design the optimal technical solution utilizing the Cycloid platform, focusing on cloud architecture and integration strategy. • Lead Proof of Concepts: Translate prospects business needs into PoC success criteria. Advise and design the solution using your DevOps skills and implement the needed automation. Demonstrate the PoC solution and ensure a high conversion rate. • RFP/RFI Response: Provide expert technical input and content for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. • Customer Success Management (CSM): Engage with existing customers to maximize their adoption of the Cycloid platform and ensure they are achieving their desired business outcomes. • Technical Consulting: Act as the primary technical point of contact, advising customers on best practices for using Cycloid with their public and private cloud environments. • Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through a deep understanding of the customer's technical roadmap and unmet needs. • Content & Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create compelling technical marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, and technical sections for website. Public Speaking: Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at webinars, industry events, and conferences.
Senior DevOps Engineer

• Work with the product team on user story and UX/UI validation • Participate in backend development in Go • Contribute to Open Source software (Ansible, Concourse, Terraform, etc.) • Design, build, migrate, maintain and run the platform in a multi-cloud environment AWS, GCP, Azure • Collaborate with developers to fix problems and provide long-term solutions • Support presales/sales team as a solution architect • Define goals, agenda and priorities • Share ideas and knowledge with others
Lead Product Designer

• Own and drive the product design vision for Cycloid, in alignment with product strategy and company goals. • Design new product features end to end, from discovery and user flows to prototypes, high fidelity UI, and iterative improvements. • Lead design decisions on complex, technical topics such as platform UX, permissions, workflows, configuration, and lifecycle management. • Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to define requirements, challenge solutions, and validate designs. • Ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across the product through design systems and shared patterns. • Collaborate closely with another product designer in the team through regular feedback, design reviews, and day to day collaboration — making sure they are working toward your vision. • Work closely with frontend engineers to translate designs into high quality Vue.js implementations, and when relevant, implement visual or interaction changes yourself. • Provide a clear weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly retrospective and reporting to the Founder.
