• Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels, website inquiries, SDR’s, and phone calls. • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the goals and requirements of potential customers. • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Real Geeks' products and services to potential customers. • Recommend appropriate solutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer, emphasizing the benefits and ROI. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads. • Guide leads through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and overcoming objections to close deals. • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns' effectiveness. • Ensure a smooth handoff of closed deals to the customer success team for onboarding and ongoing support. • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
• Deliver a consultative support experience through creative, technical problem solving and a deep knowledge of how our platform works • Provide best-in-class support to new and existing customers via phone, chat, or email • Troubleshoot basic and complex technical tasks • Answer product-related questions, resolve customer issues, and educate customers on the Real Geeks platform • Log customer notes and actions taken to resolve tickets into Hubspot • Meet daily call and ticket resolution goals as assigned • Maintain customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher
• Team revenue performance and quota attainment • Coaching and development of Account Executives • Hiring and ramping new sales talent • Pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal execution • Building a positive, accountable, high-performance culture • Work closely with AEs on real deals, calls, and objections • Run effective pipeline and deal reviews • Jump in to help close deals when needed • Conduct regular call reviews and 1:1 coaching • Build onboarding and ramp programs • Turn underperformers into contributors — or make clear decisions • Recruit and hire strong AEs as we scale • Set clear expectations and performance standards • Create an environment where top performers thrive • Track and improve conversion rates across the funnel • Identify performance gaps and act quickly • Maintain a strong command of team metrics • Provide feedback to marketing and product based on real customer conversations • Advocate for what the sales team needs to succeed • Align with leadership and drive execution with the team
