Description Fully Remote - 1099 Contract Purpose Execute frontline and field management hiring with speed, accuracy, and compliance to ensure CERTUS captures revenue quickly, prevents costly vacancy drag, and scales operations effectively. Key Contributions - Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and mid-level roles. - Source, screen, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process, ensuring requisitions progress without delay. - Conduct background checks and compliance steps prior to onboarding with 100% accuracy. - Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements, set interview expectations, and deliver timely updates. - Build and maintain talent pipelines in high-turnover roles to shorten time-to-fill and keep revenue-critical positions consistently staffed. - Provide responsive communication to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clarity on role status, next steps, and reinforcing CERTUS’s reputation as an employer of choice. - Support recruiter peers by flexing across regions when requisition loads spike. Success Metrics - Time-to-fill: = 45 days average for frontline roles; = 60 days for field management roles. - Candidate quality: = 80% of hires successfully pass 90-day introductory period. - Background check compliance: 100%. - Pipeline readiness: At least 3 pre-screened candidates per open frontline requisition within 14 days of posting. - Candidate satisfaction: = 90% positive post-hire survey feedback. - Hiring manager satisfaction: = 90% positive survey score on recruiter responsiveness and partnership. - Requisition management: No requisition > 75 days open without an action plan in place. Growth Impact - Accelerates revenue capture by reducing the cost of open territories and call center gaps. - Protects compliance through accurate background checks and adherence to hiring standards. - Drives scalability by building repeatable, efficient recruiting processes for high-volume frontline roles. - Strengthens culture and retention by ensuring hiring quality and responsiveness that reinforce trust in CERTUS leadership and systems. Requirements Requirements - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience - Ability to manage a high requisition load in a fast-paced, multi-region environment - Experience recruiting for frontline, field, or call center roles - Experience sourcing, screening, and advancing candidates efficiently - Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting workflows, specifically Paylocity - Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills - Detail-oriented with high accuracy in process execution
