• Play a critical role as the functional partner in implementing BriteCore’s platform, working directly with customers to elicit requirements and drive on-time delivery • Build trusted relationships with customers, and manage customer expectations to deliver project against the defined scope in the SOW • Partner with product and engineering teams to map customer requirements against product strategy, with the primary objective of staying close to the OOTB solution • Work directly with our customers to gather their underwriting guidelines and configure tailored insurance solutions on BriteCore’s platform • Analyze customer data to identify risks and resolve challenges early, ensuring seamless execution and long-term success • Train customers to unlock the full potential of the platform and empower their teams to excel • Communicate proactively and transparently, mitigating challenges and consistently exceeding expectations • Leverage AI throughout the implementation process to optimize workflows, automate complex tasks and improve customer outcomes • Up to 20% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role

• Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close while articulating the right sales plays that create urgency and move opportunities to close • Comfortable leading and directing a cross-functional team - marketing, sales ops, sales engineering, solutions, operations, product, leadership - through varied stages of complex customer journeys • Communicate (both verbally and written) and track the status and unique requirements of each sales opportunity while adhering to management standards for sales reporting • Exemplifies leadership by training, mentoring, and coaching team members, junior or otherwise, earmarked to support regional prospecting and sales-related activities • Knowledge of leading sales frameworks and applying those frameworks in a way that demonstrates a systematic approach to selling • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and delivering pervasive client presentations that align varied stakeholders critical to the decision making process • Up to 25% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role

• Design and ship production grade AI agents for insurance workflows where latency, observability and reliability are non-negotiable • Shape the architecture of a platform complex enough to challenge even the best engineers • Partner with product to ship secure, user friendly features that tackle complex models and calculations • Own the creation and maintenance of unit tests, using AI assisted testing to increase coverage and reduce defect rates • Solve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges that keep our systems running at peak efficiency • Work with a team that gets genuinely excited about what they're building and can't wait to share it • Actively track emerging AI tooling and bring concrete recommendations back to the team

• Lead our efforts in delivering world-class Policy Management and Billing features within our software suite • Drive the strategic direction of these key product areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, functionality, and customer satisfaction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, deep understanding of customer and internal stakeholder feedback • Conduct "a-day-in-the-life" exercises, customer interviews • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and driving iterative enhancements
