Title: Operational Provisioning Specialist Location: Norfolk, Virginia, United States Job Description: Breeze is hiring- join us! This position will support an in-source catering base for Breeze airways. They will report to the Norfolk Provisioning Logistics Supervisor. - This is a Part Time position* Here's what you'll do - Order all product inventory for Norfolk base. - Ensure all Norfolk base aircraft are catered to pack out specifications and outfitted with the proper tools for an exceptional Inflight guest experience. - Ensure all Norfolk base aircraft are catered in a timely fashion including IROP situations. - Provide training to Breeze Team Members on how to best represent our Breeze brand and successfully cater an aircraft. - Adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence Here's what you'll need to be successful Minimum Qualifications - Outstanding and positive leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to be extremely organized. - Strong Organizational Skills - Demonstrated independent, mature judgment. - Strong attention to detail and time management skills. - Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success. - Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - An understanding of a Flight Attendant's role and daily job duties. - Team Leadership Skills Skills/Talents - Ability to lead and inspire Team Members. - Ability to think strategically and offer solutions. - Ability to consistently maintain a professional image and demeanor. - Excellent computer skills with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication skills, able to courteously interact with Business Partners, Leadership, Team Members, and other departments. - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects, make decisions, and meet deadlines. - Ability to work with confidential material. - Ability to travel. - Exemplifies Breeze's safety culture, values, and mission. - Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt and create systems to support our inflight Team Members more efficiently.
