• Driving governance and operational consistency across the Phorum organisation • Coordinating strategic projects and surfacing risks to leadership teams • Managing KPI tracking, leadership meetings, and quarterly reviews • Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials • Supporting internal communications and organisational alignment • Overseeing publication processes and annual publication schedules • Leading coordination of Phorum events and webinar programmes • Managing cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Executive Engagement, Product, and Events teams • Identifying and implementing operational improvements as the organisation scales

• Lead and motivate your Phorum team, ensuring clear objectives, development support, and performance excellence • Develop and execute the Phorum business plan, ensuring tangible member outcomes and measurable ROI • Build and maintain strategic relationships with L1 and L2 clients to support insights, retention, and industry impact • Oversee the delivery of high-quality virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, and events • Identify opportunities for thought leadership, industry influence, and cross-Phorum collaboration • Manage Phorum budgets, ensuring costs, resources, and events are aligned with financial and growth targets • Monitor KPIs, including NPS, eNPS, member retention, profitability, and thought leadership outputs

• Facilitate and lead workstreams of global subject matter experts, driving engagement and delivering high-quality, outcome-focused outputs • Create highly collaborative environments that encourage knowledge sharing and innovation • Guide projects from concept to delivery , ensuring timelines, structure, and outcomes are clearly defined • Design and facilitate in-person and virtual events , ensuring strong engagement and value for members • Co-create impactful deliverables such as industry guidance, benchmarking studies, and publications • Monitor member engagement and proactively address risks or challenges • Maintain and utilise internal systems (e.g. CRM, reporting tools, knowledge hubs) • Capture and communicate value stories and insights across the organisation • Contribute to continuous improvement within the Phorum and broader BioPhorum team

• Support a wide range of marketing activities including: Writing and editing newsletters, emails, website copy, and digital content • Supporting social media content creation and scheduling • Assisting with product launches, marketing collateral, and presentations • Updating website content and coordinating digital activity • Editing podcast and webinar recordings • Supporting conferences, exhibitions, and events • Coordinating supplier-led projects across design, web, and content • Conducting market and competitor research • Supporting reporting, data management, and budget administration

• Facilitate and lead a portfolio of Regulatory CMC workstreams • Create engaging and collaborative environments that encourage participation, knowledge-sharing, and industry alignment • Guide workstreams using structured project and change management approaches to deliver agreed objectives on time • Design and facilitate both virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, and events for senior industry stakeholders • Co-develop impactful deliverables including industry guidance, position papers, best practice frameworks, proof-of-concepts, and conference content • Monitor member engagement and proactively identify and resolve risks or barriers to progress • Maintain and optimise internal systems, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms • Capture and communicate value stories demonstrating the impact of industry collaboration • Feed member insights back into the organisation to support continuous improvement and future Phorum development
