Role Description An Accounts Receivable (A/R) Collections Specialist focuses on managing incoming payments, following up on overdue accounts, and maintaining healthy cash flow for a business. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization’s financial stability and ensuring consistent revenue collection. The AR Collections Specialist is responsible for: - Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolving billing issues. - Working closely with customers and internal teams to reduce outstanding balances and improve collection cycles. - Demonstrating strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and maintaining positive customer relationships while enforcing company policies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - 1–3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections, preferably within a fast-paced or high-volume environment. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems). - Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. - Basic understanding of accounting principles. - Degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or a related field, but substantial and relevant experience is considered adequate. Requirements - Experience in B2B collections, with an understanding of commercial credit practices and customer account management. - Familiarity with ERP systems and integrated financial platforms used for tracking and reporting receivables. - Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards. - Typically, office-based or remote, depending on business needs. - May involve high call and email volume, requiring strong time management and communication skills. - Deadline-driven environment, especially during month-end or quarter-end close periods. ITAR Requirements This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). In order to comply with ITAR requirements: - Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). - Candidates must also be eligible to obtain any required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. - All applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

• Develops engineering/product concepts that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty and mentoring others on the team (in-discipline). • Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary design work including design creation, design analysis, and design verification. • Demonstrates skill in multiple phases of the full product realization process, as it applies to their role. • Demonstrates the ability to work independently within at least one phase for the Product Realization Process, without direction from mentors or functional management. • Produces comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines.

• Perform design services and related product development and commercialization support services for Printed Circuit Board Design/Layout. • Develop high-quality engineering/product concepts that satisfy customer requirements. • Utilize tools and equipment for design work including design creation, analysis, and verification. • Work independently within at least one phase of the Product Realization Process. • Produce comprehensive project documentation in compliance with quality and change management procedures.
